Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you register for matches.
• The property brief you write and any qualifying answers you provide (budget, timeline, rent or buy, fee comfort).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and the listings you view — retained as an activity audit trail required by the REBNY Residential Listing Service.

How we use it

• To generate and email your matched listings.
• So a licensed agent of ACLM Group LLC, or a partner brokerage we refer you to, can follow up about your search.
• To maintain security, prevent scraping and abuse, and satisfy RLS audit obligations.

Sharing

We share your inquiry with licensed real estate brokerages so they can respond to your request. We also use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and customer relationship management. We do not sell your information for advertising purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or upon request from the Real Estate Board of New York as part of a compliance audit.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to service your request and meet legal, tax, and RLS audit requirements.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@aclmgroup.com. Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain records for legal or audit purposes.
