Pursuant to New York Real Property Law § 442-h, ACLM Group LLC publishes the following standardized operating procedures regarding prospective homebuyers.

1. Is prospective homebuyer identification required?
No. ACLM Group does not require prospective homebuyers to show identification before working with us. Individual property owners, landlords, or building management may require identification as a condition of a showing or application, and we will let you know when that is the case.
2. Is an exclusive broker agreement required?
No. ACLM Group does not require prospective homebuyers to sign an exclusive broker agreement in order to view properties or receive our services.
3. Is pre-approval for a mortgage loan required?
No. ACLM Group does not require prospective homebuyers to obtain pre-approval for a mortgage loan before working with us. Sellers or their agents may require proof of funds or pre-approval before accepting an offer or scheduling a showing.
